Baking Instructions: Simply Add: 3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey; 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar; 1 tablespoon vanilla extract. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine mix with 3 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon vanilla extract in a bowl. Mix until a crumbly dough forms, and work the dough together with hands to form a ball. Pat the dough into a circle about 1 inch thick. Cut circle into 6 triangles or use a roudn cookie cutter to cut scones, Place scones onto baking sheet and bake until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes.
