The wines of Lokoya are crafted to express the purest sense of place. This wine is made from high elevation vineyards located in the Spring Mountain District and expresses the signature floral perfume, deep red fruit and smooth tannins this region is known for. This red wine shows hints of rose petal, black cherry, boysenberry in the nose. Deep black and red fruits with a forest floor undertone mixed with minerality and a fine tannin structure. Pair with grilled ribeye, rack of lamb and osso bucco. This bottled California cabernet sauvignon is 15.1% alcohol by volume.
