This wine is made from high elevation vineyards located in the Diamond Mountain District and showcases the rich black cherry flavor dark chocolate and relatively soft tannins this region is known for. This red wine shows notes of dark chocolate, forest floor, and graphite. Full-bodied wine that shows rich blackberry, creme de cassis flavors with relatively soft tannins. Pair with filet mignon or any red meat on the grill, pork tenderloin and potatoes. This bottled California cabernet sauvignon is 14.5% alcohol by volume.
