Let’s Bake! You Will Need: 1 box Open Nature Gluten Free White Cake Mix; 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened | 4 large egg whites | 2/3 cup milk. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Combine mix, milk, butter and egg whites in large bowl. 3. Mix with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, then on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. For Cake: 4. Grease the bottom of an 8 or 9 in. round pan. Bake for 48 to 52 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and top is slightly brown. Yields 1 - 8 in. or 9 in. cake. For Cupcakes: 4. Place 12 paper baking cups in a medium muffin pan. Using scoop or spoon, portion batter into 12 muffin cups. Bake for 28-34 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and tops are slightly browned. Yields 12 cupcakes. Do not underbake. Do not eat raw batter.
