Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. How to Cook (4 Easy Steps): 1. Thaw the meat in the refrigerator overnight or use the defrost setting on a microwave until fully thawed. 2. Add 1 tbsp of oil to a pan or grill over medium-high heat. 3. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side. Cook thoroughly. (Total: 8-10 min). Ensure internal temperature reaches: Beef - 158 degrees F (70 degrees C). 4. Serve with steamed rice or lettuce wraps. Keep frozen. Perishable, keep frozen.
