Milagro Cristalino Añejo is a 100% blue agave tequila aged in both American and French oak barrels for 18- 24 months, artfully blended and filtered through charcoal to obtain a crystal-clear liquid with pronounced depth. The result is an ultra-smooth tequila that delivers a balanced blend of caramel & vanilla sweetness, while still retaining Milagro’s signature bright agave taste. The pronounced depth of Milagro Cristalino is best savored neat, on the rocks with a twist of grapefruit, or as an elevated base for a classic cocktail. Our tequila is crafted using the finest 100% blue agave sourced from the Jalisco Highlands, where the sweetest, most aromatic agave is cultivated. To extract all of the nuances of this precious flavor, the pinas are slow-roasted for 36 hours in traditional brick ovens. The extracted juice is then fermented and finally distilled twice: first, in a pot still to retain the vibrant and mouthwatering agave flavors, and second, in a column still to impart a remarkable smoothness. The Anejo is then meticulously filtered to achieve its stunning clarity, resulting in a Cristalino that retains the aged complexity but offers an absolutely exquisite smoothness that compares to the finest white spirits in the world. Leyenda del Milagro Tequila was founded in 1998 by two wide-eyed college friends who decided to take a chance and create a tequila that reflected the bright, vibrant, artistic world of Mexico City. To bring their vision to life, they sought out Pedro Juarez, one of the most distinguished Master Distillers in Mexico.
