San Simeon Paso Robles Grenache Rosé Wine is a premium California rosé wine crafted from 100% Grenache grapes grown in our Stefano Vineyard, located in the celebrated El Pomar appellation of Paso Robles. This beautiful blush wine embodies the essence of summer with its refreshing, fruit-forward profile and light pink color, making it an ideal choice for those who appreciate quality wines. Our Stefano Vineyard, known for its warm days and cool breezes flowing through the Templeton Gap, creates the perfect environment for producing vibrant and elegant rosé wines. Planted with Grenache clone 362 in just under four acres, the vineyard's rocky hillsides enhance the character and complexity of the grapes. At the winery, we gently pressed the grapes, removing the juice from the skins quickly to preserve the wine's freshness and light red hue. After a meticulous fermentation process, the wine rested in tank for several months to ensure balance and structure. This salmon-pink wine delights with aromas of summer fruits, including melon, plum, and apricot, complemented by hints of orange hibiscus. On the palate, the flavors of ripe fruit persist, offering a rich, round body with moderately high acidity and a long, satisfying finish. The result is a fruity wine that strikes the perfect balance between elegance and refreshment.
