Milled Rice.
Directions
Cooking Directions: Place rice in a medium saucepan and add 2 cups of water. Bring to a soft boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until moisture is absorbed. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 10 minutes. Fluff and serve. Makes about 4 cups cooked rice or 6 (2/3 cup) servings. Note: If using an electric rice cooker, follow the cooking directions from the manufacture. Store in a cool and dry place.
