Directions
Directions: (Single Batch Recipe): 1 lb. broccoli florets, cleaned and trimmed; 3 Tbsp. olive oil; 1 Tbsp. butter, melted; 1 seasoning packet; 1 lemon, sliced (optional). Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine butter, oil, and seasoning packet. Toss with broccoli or your favorite green veggie to evenly coat. Roast on a baking sheet 20-25 minutes or until tender. Squeeze lemon juice onto roasted broccoli for extra zing!
