Distilled and hand-crafted by award-winning whisky makers from Islay, Scotland, it is matured for 6 months in a blend of 15+ casks to create a new, sophisticated experience. This autumn gold liquid delivers initial notes of warming spices and candied citrus peels, a sweet bouquet of perfumed juniper, baking spices and oak. The delicate floral, herbaceous notes of The Botanist combine with the subtle hint of dried fruits from its contact with wood. This matured gin holds a complexity and balance as cask shapes the spirit, bringing a viscosity to the palate while the symphony of botanicals combines with the spices of the wood and coriander to create a deep mouthfeel.
