Microwave: To cook entire bag of lima beans, place frozen vegetables in covered microwave safe dish. Add 1/4 cup of water and cover. For lower wattage ovens, cook on high for 7 minutes. Stir and cook on high an additional 7 minutes. Allow to stand for 3 minutes. Season to taste. For ovens greater than 1100 watts, cook on high for 4 minutes. Stir and cook on high additional 4 minutes. Allow to stand for 3 minutes, Season to taste. Stove Top: Bring 3/4 cup water to a boil in a saucepan. Add contents of bag and return to boil. Reduce heat to medium, cover and boil gently for 5 to 10 minutes or until tender. Stir once during cooking time. Season to taste and serve. Note: Microwave cooking times may vary depending on the particular appliance used. Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: For food safety, follow these cooking instructions.
