Microwave: 1. Remove outer sleeve from tray. 2. Leave inner pouch in tray and puncture inner pouch and place in microwave. 3. Heat on high for 3 minutes or until the product is hot. 4. Important carefully remove from microwave and cool slightly before handling further. 5. Adjust reheating time according to microwave settings. 6. Cut open pouch and empty product into serving dish. Oven: 1. Place oven rack in center of oven and preheat to 400 degrees F. 2. Cut open bag and empty contents of pouch into oven safe black tray. 3. Important place tray on baking sheet and not directly on oven rack. 4. Heat bout 15 minutes or until hot stirring halfway through. Stove Top: 1. Heat water up to a soft boil and place bag in water for 15 minutes. 2. Using tongs, remove the package from the pot. 3. Important carefully remove from pot and let cool for 2 minutes before handling further. 4. Cut open pouch and empty product into serving dish. From Frozen: Product may be frozen. To defrost, place in the refrigeration for 12 hours. Then follow heating instructions above. Use product within 3 days of defrosting. Food is ready when internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
