Keep refrigerated. Ready to Cook!: We always recommend cooking with a calibrated food thermometer to measure the internal temperature of the meat. Cooking to medium doneness requires the meat to reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F and hold for three minutes. In the Oven: Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes. For the most tender and juicy taste, loosely wrap the beet in foil, place in an oven-safe dish and bake. Turn the beef over inside the foil every 10 minutes. For the final 10 minutes, we recommend removing the foil top and allow to brown. Thinly slice across the grain and pour juices over the beef to increase flavor. On the Grill: Place beef on a very hot grill and grill approximately 10 minutes per side to seal juices in. Reduce heat and continue grilling, turning frequently for 20-30 minutes.
