Directions

Cooking instructions: in a large pot, heat four quarts of salted water and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and stir. Cook for seven to eight minutes, stirring occasionally and then strain. Reserve two to three tablespoons of pasta water to add to your sauce. Cook time: 7-8 minutes. Check at 7 min. and serve to your taste.
