Lapis Luna Zinfandel Wine - 750 Ml
Lapis Luna Zinfandel is an unapologetically bold and "exuberant" expression of the North Coast. Under the direction of winemaker Nicole Walsh, the grapes are gently destemmed and crushed before undergoing fermentation with twice-daily pump-overs to maximize color and flavor extraction. The wine is typically aged for 10 months in a combination of French and American oak (10% new), resulting in a profile that is "rich, dark, and enticing."
