Directions
Super Simple to Prepare: What you'll need: 1 packet of Aleia's Coat & Crunch, 2 Tbsp olive oil, 1 lb chicken breast, tenders or pork, Non-GMO vegetable spray, A shallow bowl or reusable container. Crank up the heat to 425 degrees F. Coat: Drizzle each piece with olive oil, then coat all sides using 1 packet of Aleia's breading Press breadcrumbs in to coat evenly. Discard any remaining breading mix. Crunch Spray baking sheet with Non-GMO vegetable spray. Place on baking sheet and lightly spray tops of chicken with Non-GMO vegetable spray. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F for chicken, or 145 degrees F for pork chops) Delicious in the Air Fryer: Follow the Coat prep. Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees. Cook 6 to 7 minutes on each side, until chicken is cooked through. Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce: 1/4 cup Dijon mustard, 1/4 cup honey, 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice.
