Microwave 1. Remove tray from outer package. 2. Important (Food is ready when internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Important: Do not place tray directly on oven rack or handle when hot). Peel corner film open slightly to allow steam to escape; it will be hot! (or let package rest 2 minutes after heating). 3. Place tray in microwave and heat on high for 3-5 minutes. 4 carefully peel film off tray and serve. Oven: 1. Place oven rack in center of oven and preheat to 400 degrees F. 2. Remove tray from outer package. Peel away and discard top film. 3. Important (Food is ready when internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Important: Do not place tray directly on oven rack or handle when hot). Place tray on cookie sheet, not directly on rack. 4. Cook about 15 minutes, stirring halfway through. Stove Top: 1. Remove pulled chicken from package and place in saucepan. 2. Heat over medium low heat, stirring frequently for 5-6 minutes or until internal temperature of 165 degrees F has been reached. Heating times may vary with each individual oven. Thaw before cooking. Keep refrigerated or frozen.
