Beau Joie Demi Sec is aged on lees for a minimum of 6 years. After the wine is disgorged, we add additional sweetness to the wine through dosage. This enhances the fruit characteristics while adding a signature sweetness that makes the wine perfect for pre or post dinner. After 4-6 weeks rest, the wine is released for your enjoyment.
