Sun Protection Measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk or skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease risk, regularly use a sunscreen with Broad Spectrum SPF 15 or higher and other protective measures including: Limit time in sun, especially from 10 am - 2 pm.
