Meiomi Pinot Noir red wine is effortlessly approachable and undeniably luxurious. Crafted with grapes grown in some California’s finest vineyards, the clusters are picked at the peak of ripeness to ensure the perfect balance of richness and vibrancy. The grapes used to make our Pinot Noir are picked at optimum ripeness to deliver dark fruit characteristics and deep color unique to Meiomi. During fermentation pump-overs were used to ensure balanced extraction of flavor, aromatics, structure, and color. Aging with 100% French Oak allows the sweet and structural influences from the oak to mingle seamlessly with the rich fruit and ripe tannins to create a plush winestyle. Lush aromas of ripe strawberries, raspberry, and mocha unfold beautifully, while French oak aging lends layers of toasted spice, subtle oak, and soft vanilla. The palate is full and expressive, yet refined, leading to the perfect finish – smooth, lingering and silky. Each 750ml bottle contains 13.7% ABV. Serve slightly chilled with roasted meat, mushroom risotto, or aged cheese. The perfect finish for all of life’s moments.
