Pascal Jolivet Wine Sancerre - 750 Ml
The purity of a great Sauvignon Blanc from the Sancerre appellation.
Parcel selection on 2 hectares of limestone terroirs located in the villages of Champtin and Bué-en-Sancerre. Organically grown, these old vines produce exceptional grapes and an extremely pure and concentrated juice. “Sauvage” lives up to its name, aging on fine lees (thermo-regulated stainless steel vats) for 12 months, bottled without filtration or refrigeration. This wine is immediately identifiable on tasting thanks to its great freshness, liveliness, minerality, complexity and salinity on the finish. Must be decanted to let its animal aromas develop.
