Our long growing season, warm days, cold nights and challenging soils are the perfect recipe for outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon. We, at Tobin James, select as many as twelve different vineyards across the region of Paso Robles, to bring us a broad pallet in which to create this perfect Cabernet. This wine is delicious young, and can be enjoyed immediately, or it can be aged for many years to come.
