Aged in 100% stainless steel. Our Sauvignon Blanc is made in a fresh and clean style without any oak influence. It is a rare domestic expression grown in a cool coastal climate only 5.4 miles from the pacific ocean. Our estate paragon vineyard produces Sauvignon Blanc from a few different blocks, some of it from old vines, dating back to 1973. Each is harvested, fermented and aged separately in stainless steel tanks, then blended just before bottling. Bright and racy, yet silky and light, with flavors of green apple, lime, grapefruit, lemon zest, and a bit of minerality to boot. www.tangentwines.com.
