Keep refrigerated. Serving: This Cure 81 ham is fully cooked and is delicious served cold. Simply remove ham from the wrapper, place on platter and serve. To Heat: Remove ham from package and place largest cut surface face down in baking pan. Add 1 cup water to pan. Cover pan securely with foil. Bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes per pound or until warmed through. Optimum serving temperature for ham is 135 degrees F - 140 degrees F.
