SUGAR, SALT, BROWN SUGAR, ONION, MODIFIED CORN STARCH, SPICES (INCLUDING PAPRIKA, CELERY SEED, MUSTARD, THYME, BLACK PEPPER), GARLIC, HYDROLYZED CORN GLUTEN, SOY PROTEIN AND WHEAT GLUTEN, MALTED BARLEY FLOUR & NATURAL FLAVOR (INCLUDING SMOKE).
Directions
MEAT LOAF: Prep time: 10 minutes. Cook time: 1 hour. Makes 10 servings. You will need: 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix, 2 lbs. ground meat, 2 eggs lightly beaten, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs or 1 cup soft bread crumbs (2 slices bread), and 1/2 cup ketchup (optional). Directions: Mix all ingredients except ketchup in a large bowl until well blended. Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place in a foil-lined baking pan or 9x5-inch loaf pan. Top with ketchup, if desired. Bake in preheated 375°F oven for 1 hour or until cooked through.
